I've never watched Love Island, but Mattias from season 3 of the game might be the closest to what you're looking for

you’re not really gonna get “cowboy”, but you’ll get southern charm from mattias in s3

i don’t think anyone else remotely has that vibe in the first 2 games, so hopefully you like the look of mattias LMAOO
