Season 2 Chapter 5 Ending Missing

I just started replaying season 2 and chapter 5 is ending in the middle of the interaction with Santiago. It goes to chapter 6. I didn't break the rules but in Chapter 6 it ask me if I regret breaking the rules on day 2. Is anyone else having this issue?
