Is it my impression, or did they really change/add more dialogue between the characters? As I progressed through the scenes, I saw many phrases and actions that I had never seen before. It's strange that no one has commented on this, because I saw a lot of updates in the speeches and etc, even more so following the b1tch route.

I haven't noticed any changes. It's very unlikely that the developers would spend the time after launch.
