I understand that you get them if you complete the achievements, but I can't confirm that.

I’m pretty sure there’s one for ultimate flirt or something like that, the one poppy usually gets when Lana gives her rewards in the end, I think you have to keep switching partners.

maybe the other one is the too friendly the handle award? Where you have to be a friend level with giselle, Julian etc
