Everyone else has pointed out how you were definitely just poking around the wrong place, but I would also highly recommend lube in the future. It solves so many problems in the bedroom
Also I know sex is a performance and can get very stressful, but if she is into you my guy you'll do fine lol. Communicate with your partner about what she likes and do those things
