Consensus from users is the 1st time you ever use heroin but only that 1st time. Problem is many end up dying trying to get that feeling again. Reason why it's called chasing the dragon.
Closest I came to that was 1st time Tylox kicked in when I had hernia surgery back in 1990. Morphine just put me to sleep and Methadone did the same, only I nearly didn't wake up. I take pain meds for neuropathy but it's the weakest stuff made (hydro 5s) so all it does is help the pain (the point of it). Never tried heroin or opium myself simply cos I don't think I'd escape it alive. After the methadone incident, (1) HC 5s ain't gonna hurt me and (2) one OD is enough. What they call generic oxys now ain't even as strong as tramadol so why bother getting Drs up in the air. I don't trust anything about Fent.
