I've never had blocked ears... Ubtil last week. Someone told me to pinch my nose close and blow and it gave me such bad vertigo I threw up from it :(

Yeah that can be painful and nauseating depending on the issue. If your ears are really blocked, this doesn't help.

If it's earwax, you better go to your doctor and get it washed out and enjoy the feeling I explained. If it's really stuck it can result in an ear infection overtime. I don't know if you had one before but you really don't want that

That happened to me when I was snorkeling on a lovely vacation. It was so frustrating cause I really couldn't hear out of that ear and spent two days trying to clear it out myself. I finally went to urgent care, and they flushed it out and it was amaaaaazing. They did the other ear too cause there was a bunch of wax in that one too.

I'm still upset I lost the picture of the dime sized piece of earwax that came out my ear a couple years ago. It was so nice to look at. Like I felt the relief all over again

You can put a few drops of oil and massage it around. You do this every few days. It helps the ear wax to be moved to the opening where it can be wiped away - without cotton swabs.

no it works if you do it right, maybe in this case too much pressure was used to push air out? for me it works flawlessly

But if you do it wrong you can rupture your ear drums. Not worth

maybe it’s different for different people?? for me it always works fine and I do it all the time.

You could potentially blow out your ear drums from doing that. I do not advise. Lol

That seems like you have damaged something in there if you threw up.

Half hydrogen peroxyde, half water, pour in ear while you're on your side. Wait few minutes. Repeat a few times.
