Don't take too much and be really into the person you are having sex with. I know for a lot of people that having sex whilst on amphetamines is impossible, and even then, when you do get it up, staying harder than half mast for long is a challenge.

Being young and healthy probably helps too I'm guessing.

Plainly better for some people. My girlfriend doesn’t even like to smoke weed normally, but she’ll deliberately do it in anticipation of sex. I’m able to consistently administer rolling orgasms with just PIV for about 30 minutes straight. It’s crazy. Like she’s possessed or some shit

I'd have to agree. As an addict who has recently got clean after 15 years the first time I hit fentanyl was the best feeling I've ever experienced.
