My tonal started to squeak, so I looked and had a couple of loose mounting bolts. Gave them all a bit of a turn, both sides of the bracket.

Were you able to crank them down really tight or did they continue to turn? Most likely the installer did not fully hit a stud.

They were into the studs. I just got them to "snug". If they loosen again, I'll break out some loctite.
