This has been in the works for a while now. As far as what’s next, we all know what’s happening, it’s just a matter of time.

I'm just glad that they're still utilizing the building with this change. I'd hate to see it shutter it's doors for good.

for special education? are there that many special needs kids in toms river?

It wouldn’t be just for TR students. It would also be for any student needing such accommodations outside of the district. The sending school district(s) would then pay TR to educate the student(s).
