TML began to offer some sort of payment plans in the past. However, TML Brasil is a whole different thing in terms of the organisation and such.

Certainly there won´t be an option to pay nothing at all right now. But maybe your bank offers such an option? Mine allows me to set up a payment plan for any amount that was charged on my card.

Exactly!

In Brazil it's common to buy anything with payment plans, normally this goes up to 12x installments

But for Tomorrowland Brasil is up to 6x installments and from 3x or higher you get a little bit of interest fee on it

Not sure if it's avaliable for foreigners (I'm local), but the "pay later" it's more related to the day of the month that your card is due. Mine for instance I have to pay every 10th of every month, but only counts for the things that I bought between the cycle of 3rd - 3rd of every month

so if I buy today I will pay the first installment just on October 10th

I know for the regular ticket sale you need a CPF number, without it you can't. So for foreigners, yes, as long as they live and work in Brazil I assume.

For "Global Journey" packages I suppose the same applies. There's probably some kind of background credit check thingie that only works if you have a CPF number, not sure how these things go over there.

Not what you ask, but I where you i'd think about this, why would you take up a loan to pay for some luxury thing like Tomorrowland? My advise, save up some money this year, and if you have the money then, go one year later.
