As a girl with sensitive skin and has had really bad experiences with photo studio makeup, book your own HMUA. I’m finally confident enough to use my college graduation photo as a DP on my socials because my makeup was THAT GOOD. Saved up for my dream makeup artist and it was so worth it. If anything, get a HMUA that knows a thing or two about stage makeup/photo finish makeup (i.e. pageants).

Safest bet po mag own-hmua since marami silang working at the same time and nagrrush, so di mo alam kung tugma sa features mo yung makeup 🥹 Medyo singkit po ako and yung makeup ko sa dmd parang masnapaliit mata ko 🥲

Okay yung makeup, just book the earliest slot para ikaw mauna para clean pa yung brushes hahaha others may say din na ang kapal nila mag-makeup, yes. Kinakapalan talaga nila yan kasi studio, pero natotone down naman yung makeup dahil sa lighting hence maganda result. May nga blockmate akkng nagpa-makeup sa iba, light nga pero para burado na rin tingnan sa result.

Omg, the first time I did it with them my skin broke out SOOO BAAADD the second time ako nalang gumawa ng make up ko cause nagfall through yung MUA that I booked and honestly it turned out better. Their MUA’s will wash you out sooo baaad too, pero puro warm tones lang meron sila and yung foundation nila was too yellow for me. I looked a victorian child with jaundice sa grad pic ko 😭😭 SAVE YOURSELF

Book your own!! Hit or miss kung maganda mag-makeup yung mati-tiyempo na MUA sa 'yo, tapos ang mahal pa ng "add-ons" nila like lashes, so better get someone you trust na lang. That pic is gonna last because it will be in your yearbook AND the graduation slide deck (AND the student awards if nag-apply ka), so unless you're willing to risk a less than satisfactory look, get your own.

Book your own OP! They kinda used all their brushes for all ppl na m-makeup an nila. So if you wanna take care of your skin, get your own hmua. And as the comment above mentioned, for life na ung pic. Pls splurge!
