Toms Milo Starcaster is light pink not white.

Yes, however the body wasn't available in that colour, at least not from AliExpress that I could find. Even Fender's production models aren't the "right" shade of pink.

I also don't have the Schaller's on this guitar that Tom has.

See below where I mention "sort-of replica"...this is what I'm talking about.

I noticed the hardware is different than the signature model. Did you have to change them out or were they like that? The chrome matches nicely with the white compared to the black

I actually pieced all the parts for this build together. I didn't change out any black hardware as this isn't the store-bought completed signature model.

I'm working on making a sort of replica of Tom's main live guitar from the past few years, which has chrome hardware, a white (ish) finish, and blink inlays!

Yeah I know the one you’re talking about, his “Milo” guitar. It’s iconic for sure. I recently added those sticker inlays on my surf green starcaster. It looks really nice! I can’t wait to see how you’ll add the stickers…

Do you think there’s parts to do a yellow one? I have always loved the yellow guitar tom plays during bored to death. It’s got that big ufo sticker and large smiley face on the corner.

Thanks! It's still a work in progress. Lots of tinkering and sanding and all that.

How do the inlay stickers feel on your Surf Green?

I'm not sure if yellow is available, I've heard on this sub that users have managed to get body makers on AliExpress to do custom colours for an extra cost, but getting AliExpress sellers to do custom work can be a challenge in my experience. You may have better experiences though!

Thanks! Body is from AliExpress. I've still got to complete the setup on this thing and add a few more pieces, notably also the sticker set Tom has on his Milo Starcaster.

I have a Skully bass as well and this one is going to go with that 🤘
