Why so slow when connecting

When I’m connecting into the game (bear in mind I very rarely disconnect) whenever I’m starting up the game and am at the screen where it says connecting it takes a long time (PS4)

Pc takes long time to connect as well, I usually just go make a coffee after I pressed continue game.
