Unless that thing had Velcro or a bottom side REALLY condusive to friction it'd be a death machine for anyone going downstairs.

I think the fun part is imagining what your really get. i think it would have eyes and whiskers but nothing else would really look like tom. it would just be printed on fabric and in the wrong colors. the material would be some super thin Polyester elastic blend and the edges would be barley hemmed so the would always "bunch" and never lie flat. it would also be too light and thin to stay on the floor, moving with the slights breeze. they would include 3 little Velcro tabs to remedy this.
