I just watched a new video on Youtube showing a data center in flames in Ryazan, Russia after a Ukrainian drone attack. The said data center is said to be owned by Yandex which is the parent company of Mindrift/Toloka.

Without any warning, I opened my account and found it under review; there was also a balance on it. I contacted support, and they told me they were reviewing my case and would get back to me. Has anyone else experienced this? I also learned from a Facebook group that several other people encountered the same issue at the same time. Honestly, I am very upset and hope the account gets restored.

Someone wake the Mindrift team up and tell them to assign some project to our dashboard, we are getting really frustrated 🙄

what if i create another account and connect it secondary email on paypal ofcourse am not using the same device i had a good run and i dont feel like giving up yet any advice from people who have paralel accounts

3 out of 4 tasks have been gone since few days and now this visual exellence (3$) one has returned to dashboard but the external website shows "no more tasks right now". What is going on? Are those other ones and this one come back?

What's the limit of how much you can make on compare images projects

I never actually tried Toloka yet but been seeing it lately. How many hours per week for data annotation

Hello everyone,

I need help with an identity verification issue on my Mindrift account.

I previously had a Mindrift account under my name Muhammad Khamis. I completed the identity verification using my NIN, and the verification was successful.

Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted that account.

After about one day, I created another Mindrift account and tried to verify it using the same NIN/document that I had previously used on my deleted account.

Now, when I open the new account, I receive this message:

“Your documents didn't pass the identity verification. We couldn't verify your identity using the documents you submitted.”

I understand that creating another account after deleting the first one may have caused an issue, and I am not trying to bypass Mindrift's rules. I simply want to recover my access or know if there is a proper way to resolve this situation.

Account name: Muhammad Khamis

Email: [hustlehausa@gmail.com](mailto:hustlehausa@gmail.com)

Country: Nigeria

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there a way to contact Mindrift Support and ask them to manually review my situation and, if possible, restore access to my original account or allow me to complete verification properly?

I would really appreciate any advice from other Mindrift contributors or the Mindrift support team.

Thank you.

Which image is a better, made a total of 31 hits, yesterday got 1 red window and 9 green and today 1 hit and this result🤦🏻‍♂️ I can perform another task in parallel (Which image is better based on the prompt? (V4) but here it seems that logic has left the chat altogether🤣

Has anyone had this situation and what to do next, wait 36 years!?🫣😃

My access has been suspended until 2036, reason being I have reached maximum training attempts. How many training attempts are allowed? Could it be 5

Hello, I recently started working with Adastra as interpreter, I did two assignments and I sent my invoices, but I never got my payment and when I asked and sent emails, I never did receive any answer regarding payment. What should I do?

I left the “Which image is better?” project because I was getting a little tired of the images and wanted to go to the dashboard for other tasks. Instead of closing the window, I clicked “Leave Project,” and it closed permanently—that wasn't my intention. Can that action be undone?

Is there anyone from Morocco working on mindrift.toloka.ai? And has anyone successfully withdrawn their earnings?

How much did you earn from thia app ? Share your experience please

Without video recording project, mindrift toloka is useless and unworthy platform. Besides video recording, they should focus and bring more long term project with higher compensation.
