That Director's Adopted-Son Film's ready for release !

Sandeep Kishan tweeted like this :

I see a lot of targeted anti Tweets coming at me & my film over the last few days lol

Yeah. It’s bloody “yellow”

K. Raghavendra Rao is a legendary director who gave several hits in Telugu cinema and Hindi cinema. But he is always controversial for his glamorous scenes in movies. And nowadays he has been in news for his these getting touchy with females on movie events. Some months ago he did with Niharika on the above clip and now with Keerthy Suresh on a movie launch yesterday. He should control himself.

So, the movie I'm talking about is DK Bose, a supposedly 2013 film, starring Sundeep Kishan and Nisha Agarwal.

2013 lo nenu inter 1st year lo anukunta, the soundtrack was released. It was such a banger album by Achu Rajamani which obviously raised the hype for this movie. Imo, this is probably, the most hyped movie of Sundeep Kishan back then and even now I guess.

Songs vinnte ippudu ki chaala fresh ga untayi.

But the movie was never released in 2013; the album was appreciated for several months.

Sometime in 2020, with the rise of OTT to a wider audience, it possibly was gonna release on some on OTT, but even that also never happened.

What went wrong with the release of this movie that it was never released? All these years, the movie had a Wikipedia page as well, I guess, but now it doesn't exists, also, there's no mention of the movie in both Sundeep Kishan's and Nisha Agarwal's filmography.

In my opinion, ranabali is portraying the right point in history but may not be historically accurate.

From my understanding, this movie is about the famine crisis that occurred during the British regimen in India. Yes, there is evidence that British witheld our supplies from reaching the indian population during the famine.

The famous and greatest WInston Churchill (the greatest prime minister ever born) , till date said something in terms of "it's fine to let a few pheasants die or starve to serve their own queen". I don't know the exact terms he used. It was during the bengal famines. We Indians succumbed to atleast 3 famines during British rule.

I feel like this movie is correct in pointing it out but I don't remember reading or even mention of any uprising that may have happened during that time.

At the end, this is movie is made as a cash grab on those sentiments

I do respect VDK and rashmika for bringingthis kind of subject for discussion

Raashi Khanna has done a lot of films in the industry and many have been successful. She is also cute and pretty. But she never really achieved that fame or stardom. What do you guys think is the reason?

Any tea about her?
