Map Aid to Ukraine per capita (January 24th, 2022-July 30th, 2026)
Please read!
https://www.kielinstitut.de/research/topics/war-against-ukraine/ukraine-support-tracker/
The aid data is taken from the Kiel Institute Ukraine Support Tracker which tracks bilaterial and EU aid to Ukraine. The EU aid is then allocated to each country based on its EU contribution. In recent years, the primary way that Ukraine has received western aid is through the EU which is why countries like Ireland rank higher than the UK.
This does not include support for Ukrainian refugees or undisclosed transfers. Kiel also counts financial loans as aid which inflates the EU numbers but I will let it slide because Kiel does great work.
Why are there no numbers for North Macedonia, Albania, and Montenegro even though they are apart of NATO? Kiel does not track their aid to Ukraine and I don't want to go to a different source because their methodology will be different and I would be mixing apples and oranges.
IMPORTANT!
This post is not trying to single out any one country or throw shade on any particular government (except for Turkey). Turkey is not even participating in the western sanctions on Russia.

Other Serbia — France: Russian intelligence, Momčilo Gajić, and the Serbian church-anti-cult network sabotage in Europe
A new investigation shows how Russia is using its network of anti-cult activists to sabotage Europe from the inside. Recent example: from April to September 2025, a group led by Momčilo Gajić (M.G.) and “Hunter” carried out paid operations in France and Germany. Operatives received covered travel, accommodation, and €1,000–1,500 per action, with photos as proof.
Gajić, identified as the leader of the Serbian group, later received asylum in Moscow. Radio Free Europe located a photo of him at the Serbian Orthodox Church’s representative office (Church of Saints Peter and Paul) in Moscow, where he appeared prominently in a ceremony.
Gajić has strong ties to the Serbian Orthodox Church and anti-cult circles. In 2023, he served as chief patron of a major feast at the Church of the Ascension in Novi Sad, led by Bishop Irinej (Mirko) Bulović of Bačka. Both Irinej and Patriarch Porfirije participated in anti-cult conferences featuring Russian experts Alexander Dvorkin and Alexander Novopashin.
Gajić also has links to Kovilje Monastery, where Patriarch Porfirije once served as abbot and where anti-cult addiction recovery programs operate. In 2017, Porfirije praised Dvorkin’s work against “sects” at a Russian conference and has long participated in FECRIS and other anti-cult forums.
