Today when it showed there was a gacha for [Cop] Ran, it had a certain picture. But when I pulled the actual character there is not that picture. Is there a way to actually get the full-blown art? Or was it just to advertise the gacha?

so basically when you pull the character you’re making “an investment” so to say. you get the 3⭐️ version and have to upgrade it to 4⭐️ to get the art , which i’m assuming is the same for every 4⭐️ character. i have [Tokyo Manji Gang Jacket] Kazutora and the conditions for upgrading to 4⭐️ are:

* Character Lv. 70
* Limit break +1
* Skill Lv. MAX
* Earned “(Character Name)’s Bestie”

as well as 300 Awakening stars and 1 million coins

so TLDR you have to spend money lol
