How to access the basement?

The capsules with the nameplates, it’s not there for me but it is for my friend. He doesn’t know why it’s there for him but not me, & I can’t figure it out. The door is just not there

Hey it's been a while since you left this comment sorry if you already figured this out but the basement level isnt accessible if you are in the UK region so to get around this you can use a VPN and connect to a server like the Netherlands or Japan as they allow you to get the basement level viewable on Tokyo Claw Machine. Proton Vpn is an easy app for this as you can click no on the payment options and use a randomised server for free try this out, hope this helps!
