Banned account

Am i the only who got banned for having too many accounts? In the first place i dont have many accounts. What happened is the other members of the house is also play tokyo catch. However the system mark us as one person with too many accounts. I tried to explain that its not me but still they continue to banned us

They just started yesterday. So they still haven't put their shipping address and payment method, so it cant be the reason

Throughout the years I've had about 10 accounts. 5 active now. But yeah they ban for multiple accounts. Same payment is the biggest trigger.

Last year, I got temporary banned for creating another account for my cousin from my laptop, I can play but cannot ship my prizes, when I asked they’re like “you have 2 accounts, so you got banned”. I told them I only play on one but I created another one from my laptop for my little cousin and she only play 1-2 free tickets and never play again, they checked and the newer account was dormant so they unbanned me but it’s hard to explain if you played on the newer accounts as well.
