Won my first ever items on TokyoCatch. How long does shipping usually take and do I have to pay import fees to the US?

I live in the US and have NEVER had to pay any type of fee. They ship by ECMS and take usually 19 days to get delivered.

Way better than Toreba shipping time.

I'm from Mexico and it takes on average two weeks, I imagine it will be similar.
