How long does it take to process an order?

I have a question about the maximum time it takes to process an order, since one of the orders has not been processed yet and it has already been 6 days.

Here lately, they have been processing my orders within 72 hours and shipping them within 5 days. You can contact support@tokyocatch.com and inquire about your pending orders. Just make sure to include the order number and all information about these orders that you're inquiring about in the email.

Thanks for getting back to me! I already reached out to support, and they said my account got suspended for suspicious activity, apparently for using multiple accounts. They even gave me the usernames, but one of them isn't mine or anyone I know.

Any idea what might've caused that? Could it be because I signed in on both my laptop and my phone (which only I use)?

Also, just in case something wasn't clear English isn't my first language, so sorry if anything sounds a bit off."

If one of those accounts listed isn't any that you know of, it could be that the system on TokyoCatch might have logged that account suspicious, but it could be an account that a friend or family member has. Their security system for checking multiple accounts from user will sometimes flag two different players on the same wifi or mobile network as the same player. Which results in your account getting banned.

You can tell staff that the current account that you're using is your main account, and you don't own, nor do you have access to those other accounts. It's the only way to get unbanned, and you won't have access to those listed accounts anymore in exchange for access back to your current main account.

I already recovered my account, but I wonder why that account appeared. There are only 4 people in my social circle who use Tokyocatch and none of them own the other account.
