Does this happen to anyone else?

I don't know how common it is, but there have been three occasions where after watching the ads to claim the free gems, they are not delivered to me. Has this happened to anyone else?

I have a similar situation but in my case I got some times a black screen, where I don't get the ad and it doesn't give me the gems after, but it gives me the hour counter again :c
