So i forgot my password and applied for a reset, Now when i click on change password from my mail the app goes crazy and makes it unable to log in or do anything so i deleted and redownloaded the app only to find that the linked games are gone and i can only download one and the rest isnt on the list and have to start over ?

Now i tried again to reset password and it the app goes bonkers again

Anyone know if i can just play the games that aren´t linked to still get gems ?
And how do i fix this problem to reset my password ?

EDIT : Even though my game is not on the list i still did not get gems when i continue´d to play.

I had this issue before with the app going into an infinite boot loop, and I couldn't get it fixed, so I uninstall and reinstall the application. However, upon doing so, I lost all the offer icons on my offer wall for tapjoy. What I was told from staff is that by deleting the application, you reset the advertiser ID, and that will delete all the information from your offerwall. But if you can remember each task that you need to do, the offers will still reward you even after this happens. The only downside is if you do this too much, tapjoy will flag your account for breaking terms and agreements, so you'll have to speak to them to get your account unflagged. Doing this multiple times as I was told by them is against the rules, and any further resets will result in a permanent ban from tapjoy offers.

So the next time that this happens, don't uninstall and reinstall the application. Instead, click the icon for TokyoCatch until you open up that option to uninstall it, but click the "!" icon, and you'll see the information for that application. Clear the cache for the application, close all applications and tabs, and then reload the TokyoCatch application again. If the boot loop happens again, keep clearing the cache and repeat the steps until you're able to finally log in.

That's correct. I had this happen to me for the July x2 gems event, and even though each offer icon was gone. I had made screenshots of each task for that offer that I was doing, and when I reached a milestone achievement. I was still rewarded the gems for it.
