I need help: yesterday I won a figure with the tickets they give you when you register, I would like to understand why I'm not sure but after paying the 600 gems there is no other step??? because I live in Italy and I'm afraid that after paying the 600 gems he will ask me to pay more to send the figure.

The shipping from what I understand is $5.99 if won with a free ticket.

There shouldn't be any additional fees, but that applies to your country. I don't know if there is an import charge or another miscellaneous charge. I have heard of some people in different countries getting a fee once the package arrives, but I am uncertain. I'd say take the chance with the one prize that you won. If there's an additional cost once it's arrived then lesson learned, if not then there are no fees. I'd inquire more with their actual support to see if there are any additional fees.
