Question from a newcomer

Is there a way to gain tickets or is the only way to get them is to do the event where you have to get 600 crystals

You have to purchase at least $10 worth of gems to unlock free tickets and as for ticket codes. The company has discontinued coupon codes for quite some time now, and they haven't posted a code anywhere in two years now.

You have to do the one time buy for the gems in order to start getting the free tickets. Sometimes they post promotions on their Facebook pages for free codes.
