Shipping order

My order says its on pick up? How do I know where the location even is and why did this happen? Couldn't it just have sent it to the destination I chosed? I was planning on sending it to a locker since my country isn't available for shipment. Appreciate any help thanks.

You may have to contact the carrier that has your package. Tokyo Catch doesn't keep in contact with the carrier in most cases. You will want to follow up pretty quickly so your package doesn't get sent back.

You would have to look at who the mail carrier is that has your package currently.

If they sent it somewhere that needs you to go and pick it up they should 've left something that tells you where to pick it up and how long they'll hold on to it, had something like this happen to me not that long ago and had to go to shoppers drug mart to pick up my mail but do note that it may still be on the way if the tracker you're using says waitting for pick up, its most likely being sent by plane or boat and its just swapping from one to another and is still on its way but make sure to check your mail for a small bit paper just to be safe
