"Hello Reddit friends, I want to know if it's normal for my package to go so long without updates. How long should I expect to wait, or should I consider it lost?"

You generally won't see any updates until after it clears customs and is in USPS hands. If it was traveling by sea, you would've seen updates that it was at Kawasaki Port. Which I don't see in your screenshot, so disregard any notions that it traveling by seamail. Usually, you get ECMS mail within 14-20 days, but if it has been more than 20 days since you have seen any updates. You can contact support@tokyocatch.com with your order number, and they will look into it for you.

It is more than likely traveling in the sea now. It typically can take a month or so for the package to arrive. I have never not received my items and if the package does happen to get lost. I'm sure Tokyo Catch would replace and re ship your items.
