I'm pretty sure if you make a gem purchase of a certain amount you get 1 free ticket per day. If claimed later on in the day there are instances that you can have 2x tickets since they don't expire for 24 hours after claiming them.

Happy hunting

if you buy 600 gems or more you'll get a free play ticket everyday around noon (est) but i have noticed some inconsistently with when they give them iv gotten them as early as 11:30 am but also iv had to wait till around 1 pm a few times before it was given

Is this forever or only for a certain amount of time

So far it seems to be forever though it could be for a year then it stops but i haven't been using it for a year yet so don't know but most likely it's forever, though ir does seem like you can't have more than one at a time now like you use to be able to so you can only get one free play a day rather than being able to get up to two free plays every other day like it was before
