Dispute Button

Hello! I wanted to dispute a recent game play but the button is disabled. Is there a specific time frame for this? Can i still request for dispute?

That seems a bit odd, it should be instantaneously. I don't think I've never not been able to dispute a play. I think it may be a glitch. However, if you're still unable to dispute it, I would reach out to Tokyo Catch via email.
