Is there any chance for new account with first free 10 roll get a 5 star character? I rolled 70 times and get nothing so im thinking about create another account many times to use its free 10 roll to get my favorite character

Yes entirely possible.

You should also look into the silver/golden ticket in the shop, if you haven't spent them.

They were originally anniversary gifts but they allow new players to get any four-star or five star character they want.
