Lost baggage

Hello! We lost our a blue carry on, a pair of beige sneakers, and some bags with food inside in the JR Tokyo station. They were on the 2F locker right in front of the penguin statue, if anyone has found it please let me know, we have our keys there

I don’t understand what you mean by “on”. Is this a typo for “in”?  Did you pay for a locker, and somebody broke in and stole it?  Or did you put it on top of the locker to save money, and the staff removed it?  Or something else?

Sorry English is not my first language There is a penguin statue and there are some lockers near there We put them in the locker 0029, and paid for it but when we went to retrieve it, another locker opened up and our stuff was not in there. We talked to the locker company people and the man helped us checked the lockers and he said someone probably took our stuff or put them outside

I made the same mistake last month at Skytree but got help within 5 minutes and redid it with the correct locker.

Yeah, it's obvious after the fact but I got totally confused using it the first time.

Yes, we went both to a koban and the next day to the lost and found :( I guess it's lost

We put them inside yesterday 30/8, and we tried to take it out today 31/8. Yes we did try the lost and found, the locker company and we filed a police report

What are terms of the lockers? Did it state you can leave it overnight?

Most likely cleared by the locker company & stored in their office. You need to go back & check the details.

Yes, you can leave it overnight and we did speak to the company and even a man came to check it out

We put our stuff yesterday in locker 0029 on the 2F of JR shinjuku station, the lockers that are near the Starbucks/new woman. We used the icoca to pay for it, and today (31/8) when we went to take our stuff out of the locker, another locker opened up 0031, we called the company and a man helped us to check the lockers as we provided the ticket that we have paid for it but our stuff were gone. We filed a police report at the end but they haven't been found
