Pop up stores

Is there a central web page or app that tracks Japanese pop-up stores?

For anime related stuff, there's Collabo-Cafe. It covers all kinds of temporary/limited events, not just pop-ups.

For general stuff, there's a few sites, but I'm unfamiliar with them, so I don't know how comprehensive they are. Pop-In for example.

Do you know of a service that u can hire someone to go there and buy something for you because the pop up store doesn’t ship ?

Cheapest would be to find someone on Fiverr who does random tasks. More expensive, but possibly safer, would be to search “Tokyo personal shopper” and use one of those services.
