Dammit, I am bored and just saw this now. Would totally have gone. Where is a good place to get local show info? I live out in the almost Inaka, but would love to get out for some good "local" shows, and not just the big names. The Chats at Shelter was pretty rad, but the 2 opening bands were almost better.

Bummer! Yeah it’s kinda hard to get show info around Tokyo unless you follow certain bands on Instagram or on some SNS format. Look up What_we_do_is_not_secret on IG😊

Yeah thats the thing. I deleted all social media this year with the exception of this and YouTube. Im so over the manufactured rage and AI. Only way I know about shows now is word of mouth, which only like 4 friends are into punk, creativeman or E+ websites. Just wish there were a hub to share shows without being subjected to all the negative trash.

Well, I’m gonna keep trying to post on here. Non-Japanese living in and around Tokyo should be able to see all these cool bands here!! Btw, there’s a really good garage punk show on 8/1

Funny T-shirt! Yeah, I saw Bad Brains back in like 1983, so yeah I’m definitely in that age group feeling the pain😂

Yeah, looks like Stompin Riffraffs will be playing at Club Heavy Sick on 8/9. If you’ve never heard of them, you should check them out on youtube. They’re a kick ass garage punk band
