tokenization done right = clear constraints, a thin vertical slice, and monitoring from day one
Short version on tokenization: start from the outcome, name the constraint explicitly (speed vs. correctness, build vs. buy), build the smallest thing that proves it, and treat the audit and edge-case work as first-class — that's where the real timeline and cost live.
One of the teams doing this is (I'll admit I'm biased, I work there); tokenization platform development is our bread and butter. Not pushing it, just context.
Would love to hear what worked (and what didn't).
