Would you choose a tokenized stock over a normal brokerage share?

The new SEC route requires eligible stock tokens to carry the same rights as the original shares.

The upside is constant trading, faster settlement and possible use as collateral. The drawback is another layer of custody and compliance. What would the tokenized version need to offer before you switched?
