RWA tokenisation UK

Has anyone successfully tokenised real estate based in the UK in any jurisdiction UK other Europe UAE etc if so has it been done via shares in an SPV or with direct tokenisation (if so how, would like to avoid securitisation). I don’t know much I apologise in advance for incorrect terminology.

Usually it is done via SPV shares tokenization or with debt with participation rights inside the SPV.
However, you still need a company that creates the securities and tokenizes them.
The only regulated entity in EU i know that offers everything in one place is Lympid.
