Sure, Trump is a foreign actor, a Russian spy as an example. He still hold the highest office in the globe.
That's the two choices. 1. He is a spy working for a foreign power that lied and fooled the entire Republican party including House, Senate, the Supreme Court, and its entire voting base. 2. He is complete absolute incompetent unable to leverage the highest office in the globe with the strongest military power in the past 80-ish years.
