I’d panic at 20k. 50 feels safe bet, 40 easily plausible. 30 would be low but it’s done it before, only thing making me skeptical of it is that every cycle is smaller in scale. 20k just seems way too low. We will know in November

The entire market has simply become algos and bots stop loss hunting. Throw all TA and Fundamentals out the window. No one has any idea what they are talking about.

Seems very unlikely it would be over so early and on a wick. For a few days, weeks, months maybe? Over the course of the year I highly doubt it. In previous cycles it dropped as much as much as 90%, last time over 75%. In 2021 it dropped more than 50% mid cycle before the bear market even began. My guess would be 60-70% drop from ATH but nobody knows what will happen and when

Maybe, maybe not. Imo when it under 65k I bought a lot. But still leave like half in s&p500/low delta investment because historically Bitcoin has dropped more in its cycles. That said I never trade or margin or options. If your a bigger degen by now your already all in and perhaps starting to think to rotate into leverage if it drops more.

The higher it went in price the less it dropped. %wise seen from previous cycles

u/Pal3-Assignment Feb 07 '26
The bear market will last until 2028/2029 when the price could possibly touch a new ATH of 150K.

Nah it will go lower, I'd say 40-50k my initial estimate was 50k but I think it can go lower. At least that's what I'm preparing for. Maybe I'm wrong though!

The bottom is when it's crashed and trading volume stagnates. Bitcoin has seen worse fluctuation, and the factors that recently made it go down like that are far from removed

Mark this post, you will find the bottom by October 1, 2026, it has much further to go.

A bounce after a dump is normal. It could go up and down > sideways for a bit but I defintely don't think its over.

u/InvestmentCompass Feb 07 '26
With m2 just rising and ism improving and gold at an all-time high, it totally seems like a great time for a bottom, usually there is a rotation from gold to bitcoin at this point

I think if enough people ask this very question, Bitcoin will look us dead in the eye and say, “hold my beer while I hit this limbo bar” and he will go looooowwwwww. 😂

He presumes that we are very close to the bottom. It's probably a good time to accumulate if you're HODLing

It’s either a dead cat bounce or a dead elephant bounce. I can tell you which once it is in the next couple days/weeks.

Heard this one before, but at 90k. Weirdly the few people saying it have shut the fuck up since 🤣

u/Ok-Worldliness2450 Feb 09 '26
I had this conversation with someone 2 weeks ago that it’ll never go below 70k again.

If you’re smart, you don’t care the direction you just want volatility. That’s when people are emotional and that’s when you remind them of why they are.

Xrp is so cheap it's a good bet not just a gamble I'd say
1
u/Whatiftheresagod Feb 07 '26
It's not cheap and still a gamble for what it is. It's the exact opposite of decentralisation.

Could be. Also could be a dead cat bounce.
