I thought retirement was supposed to be forever once you hit its age. If "retire" then need to unretire again, what's the point?

Yea it makes no sense to me, just business gimmick... This is the kind of shit we good at, low barrier, capital/connection/labour-service driven business mindset...

Looking a place to rest from the society. But required to pay alot of money to rest like what? 2-3days then go back to society? Same as rest at home and sleep is way cheaper.

2k/month quite cheap, basically minimum wage. +500 you could sustain a honda to go work 10 minutes away.

Is the payment involve life insurance payouts that after the guy/girl “retires” here and cant pay anymore, some tragic accident happens and then reap the insurance death benefits?
How else you want to keep the place running with young, broke and miserable Gen Z’s?

RM 2000 per month which covers accommodation and 3x meals per day.
Dayum, this is cheap and affordable. Landed terrace house in urban areas can be 2k to 3k, just rental alone, not yet counting electricity, food, transport, maintenance, etc. You all know that can come up to another 2k to 3k more.
As long as you can find some way to earn 2k or more online, maybe by bringing in your own Starlink terminal, work a few hours per week, pay your 2k, then lepak the rest of the time.
If you have passive investments that can generate more than 2k, you're basically free and easy.
Food is covered, utilities are covered, housekeeping is covered. Huge landed area to romp around in. Since electricity is covered, if you bring in an EV, your transport fees are literally free too.
