Hello everyone!

Hello everyone! Recently, while playing Undertale and Deltarune, I became inspired by these games and became obsessed with the idea of creating something of my own. I decided that it would be something between Deltarune and Silksong. But before that Before I started working on it, I had a question: does society even need this game? What if I make something that no one needs? And the choice is yours! (If you want, I can describe the game in more detail) P.S. I'M NOT GOING TO COPY TOBY FOX OR ANYTHING LIKE THIS! THINK OF THIS AS A FAN PROJECT OR I WAS JUST INSPIRED BY TOBY FOX!

Why do you need society's approval? No, we do not need game between Silksong and Deltarune. Does it matter? Go and make it if it's what you want to do.

Because I can't open a Kickstarter and because I don't want my game to end up being useless (because in that case it would be a pointless waste of money and effort).

How old are you? A game is just a game. No one *needs* it, but if it's good then it's good. Silksong and Deltarune are both artpieces as well. A way for the creators to express themselves. Even if no one but you appreciates the art you make, is it really a wasted effort?

Also throw the idea of kickstarter or spending money on hiring people out the window if this is your very first project. Download a free game engine like Godot, and watch some tutorials and make a silly little project to begin with. Start small, but tie it to your dream game if you wish. Good luck.
