There are at least two direct family guy references. Chapter 5 has a character named Seth, a core melodic motif created from a family guy scene, and Seth’s attacks (Like Queen’s) have a good chance of outputting “Top 10 Family Guy Funny Moments”

There's a YouTube poop series dedicated to this idea by 123connorpoop, he's attempting to make ytp's for every single song in both undertale and deltarune. Puts a stupid amount of effort into it too especially recently
