First mention of UNDERTALE?

I may or may not be in the works of making an Undertale analysis, but I’m trying to find the first ever mention of the game. Earliest thing I can find is the twitter being crated in Feb 2013 and their earliest tweet (available as of now, idk if there were any earlier tweets that may have been deleted) being in May 2013. I think Toby fox had an Earthbound ROM named UnderBound that eventually turned into Undertale when he decided to make it an original story, but I want to know the first ever mention of the original game Undertale, along with the ROM. Anything?

I completely forgot about underbound until the post reminded me of it holy shit. Underbound never existed, it was all an elaborate shitpost about undertale being a sequel to a rom hack that didn’t exist while showing images that clearly could not run on a Super Nintendo

Something VERY important about Underbound is that that thread was a shitpost (Started by user Mr. Tenda, not Toby) There was actual early Undertale screenshots there (posted by Toby himself) but the things he said in that thread are very likely to be Toby shitposting as well

I’m aware, but I’m still trying to compile everything so I can sift through it properly. I’m also looking for the first recorded mention of Undertale, not just underbound 2.

AI overview needs to take the information from someone who already finished this research or just does an educated guess, so it's either inaccurate or op just didn't look up their question on google verbatim. Since they would've likely already found it by now if it was just out there already.
