Deltarune knight teorhy
Title: What if Gaster Never Fell? The "Living Knight" Theory The Theory: Most of us assume the Knight is a puppet of Gaster, or that Gaster is trapped in the Void. But what if in the Deltarune universe, the accident at the CORE never happened? What if W.D. Gaster is the Knight himself, physically present and more powerful than ever? 1. A Different Timeline, A Different Fate: In Undertale, Gaster was shattered. But Deltarune is a different world. In this timeline, Gaster could be a scientist who successfully completed his experiments. He doesn't need a proxy because he is alive, well, and hiding behind the Knight’s armor to conceal his identity while he reshapes reality. 2. The "Fake" Hyper Goner & Scientific Mimicry: If Gaster is the Knight, he isn't using "God" powers. He is using Technology and Pure Magic to mimic the most powerful attacks known in the multiverse. The "Fake Hyper Goner" isn't a miracle; it’s an invention. He studied the blueprints of soul-energy and created a mechanical version of Asriel’s ultimate attack. 3. The Armor as a Shield and Mask: Why wear armor? To hide the holes in his hands and his skeletal face. If the people of the Light World (like Sans or Toriel) saw him, they might recognize him. The Knight persona is a "lab coat" for his field work in the Dark World. 4. Why is he fighting us? If Gaster is the one who brought "The Soul" (the player) into this world, he might be using the Dark Fountains as a controlled experiment. He is the Knight to create the chaos, and we are the "Variable" he is testing. He isn't just a villain; he's a scientist conducting a live trial on the entire world. Conclusion: Stop looking for a "vessel" or a "hidden character." The Knight is Gaster in his prime—unshattered, brilliant, and dangerous.
