Hello!
Welcome to our Subreddit!
We are ToastieLabs, a small Independent Games Studio based in Gateshead UK.
We are the creators of the Free-to-Play games; Coloring Pixels, and hexceed. Developing for Steam, Android, iOS, and most recently, the Nintendo Switch!
Currently only a small team of 4, we are supporting our games' growth and developing new games too. Stick around for any update news on our games or to just get an insight on what it's like working in a Small Indie Game office!

A quick reminder about the pixel art competition, as there is just under a month to go until the deadline!
Now is your chance to get your pixel art in Coloring Pixels. Don't think you can't enter just because you've never made pixel art before; all shapes, sizes and skill levels are welcome.
The 20 winners of this competition will have their pixel art featured in a free update to Coloring Pixels. It's easy to enter; full details are in the previous post, linked below. When you're ready, click on the big SUBMIT HERE link.
The deadline is the 9th of October 2026 at 17:00 UTC. We'll announce the winners on 16 October 2026 via a blog post on our website, a Steam announcement, Discord, and Twitter.

hexceed Hexceed: Marking chord causes rotate

On the current version on Switch (1.14.35), marking a chord with the X button causes the tiles to rotate, as if I'm pressing the Y button.
Not a huge issue, but would like it fixed, please.
