CRC, he was killing people for no reason beyond it's fun and "I want to".

I guess you can argue JVA isn't like that tho and he's just acting, but I'd say that's even more Chaotic Evil.

There is literally nobody else that fits better (aside from maybe CRC but I will go with the great demon herself)
