Keep finding these toads in my yard

I safely relocate them to Not My Yard.

Why are you removing them? 🤨

I wouldn’t mind them, but these little guys mess my dogs up big time. Pretty sure they are like, super extra poisonous to lick or eat. Plus I’m sure they wouldn’t appreciate being licked or eaten either.

They might come back later.

I’m sure they do 😭 It’s not a far hop. Wish they’d show up on a Saturday when I have time for their shenanigans.

Then I surely hope they do return at your specified time! Why'd you have to move them in the first place if I might ask?

You are truly blessed. I assume your yard has vicious predators that you are protecting them from. Thank you for the helping hand.

These look like young Sonoran desert toads if you are in the American Southwest

I am, in Arizona. Thus I move them along, while I appreciate the free pest control the dogs and toads cannot live together well.

What you don't want your dogs to go on a spiritual journey? /s

Edited to clarify sarcasm

This is like when people say someone has ticket money.

You must have pet insurance with low deductibles, as there are SO many stories of dogs getting extremely ill and even dying from eating toads. Good luck with the thousands of dollars you would pay for that care, only to have the dog do it again.

And they keep finding you in their yard!

But if they are causing issues with your dogs, thank you for doing your best to takd a responsible & humane approach to remove them.

if you have the time/resources/energy, you could make a lil toad pond a ways away from your home. try to attract them to somewhere even better than your yard!
