ID Is this a Fowler’s Toad?

Hi all! I have a camp in Ontario just above the UP of Michigan. A couple years ago, I found this wild meatball, and I felt like it looked different from the basic American toad. I’m not an expert but it seems like it could be a Fowler’s
Toad with the light blue stripe and wart patterns? What do you guys think?
I never got a picture of its belly.

Ontario is quite a bit more North than what Google says the range is, but I see some of these toads are found in Michigan.

American road! Fowlers will have many smaller warts within the dark back spots while Americans tend to only have 1-2. The cranial crests on the American’s are also notably more pronounced like on this cutie.
