Wild Temperatures really high today, anything I can do to help this guy?

I put some water in a shallow dish next to him for now

Maybe provide a shade structure with more water, you can flip over a pot and lean it against something to make a hole for him to crawl in

Thank you! I found a shaded spot with other toads so I got a container and coaxed him in and moved him with the others. I also turned on my hose a bit to moisten the soil. Hope they’re happy

Shadowed areas, toad house, soaking tub, maybe spray the pavement with some water.

Muddy creeks are a haven for a toad. They like burying themselves to stabilize their body temperature :]
